Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Corilen, a software-as-a-service platform for agencies and engineering teams (“Service”), operated by AppSynth (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Corilen provides workspace software for project delivery, resource allocation, time tracking, reporting, and related operational features. Corilen is a software product. Any optional onboarding or support we provide is incidental to the software and does not convert Corilen into a consulting or staffing service.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for safeguarding credentials, and for activity under your workspace. Organization owners and admins control member access, roles, and workspace settings.

3. Closed beta

The Service is currently offered as a closed beta. New workspaces receive 30 days of free beta access, and a payment method is not required. Beta features may change, and we will tell you before any feature you rely on is removed. When the beta period ends, continued access requires a paid pilot or plan agreed with us. We may provide a short grace period before access is limited.

4. Pilots and fees

Paid pilots and plans are priced per seat as shown on our Pricing page or as agreed with you in writing. Taxes may apply. Seat counts are based on active workspace members unless otherwise stated in your pilot or plan.

5. Invoicing and payment

Paid pilots and plans are invoiced directly by AppSynth. Invoices state the amount, period, and accepted payment methods. Corilen does not store card details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

  • violating applicable law or third-party rights;
  • attempting unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • using the Service to build competing spyware or covert surveillance products;
  • abusing optional screenshot or activity features outside your organization’s policies and applicable employment or privacy laws.

7. Optional time evidence features

Screenshot capture is optional and off unless a workspace administrator enables it. When enabled, it is used only as compliance evidence for billed or tracked time — not employee surveillance or spyware. Members can see when capture is active. Administrators are responsible for lawful notice and consent where required.

8. Customer data

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

9. Refunds

Refunds for paid pilots and plans are described in our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and end a paid pilot or plan by emailing us, as described in these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, or risk to the platform.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
