Known issues

Corilen is in closed beta. This page lists the problems we know about, how serious they are, and what to do in the meantime. If something is not listed here, please tell us.
Cancelling from Billing ends access immediately
Affects: Beta and pilot workspaces
The Cancel subscription button in Billing ends workspace access at once, instead of at the end of the period as our Refund Policy describes.
Workaround: To end a beta or pilot, email support instead of using the button. Access then continues until the end of the period.
Integration syncs are still being certified
Affects: Workspaces connected to GitHub, Jira, or Linear
We are testing each integration against real accounts before the beta opens more widely. A sync can stop after credentials change, or show fewer items than the source tool.
Workaround: Email support with your workspace name and the integration. We will check the connection and run the sync again.
No reminder email before the beta period ends
Affects: Workspaces in the free 30-day beta
An Upgrade button appears in the app in the last five days, but no email is sent. After a seven-day grace period the workspace opens on the Billing page.
Workaround: Email support before day 30 to move to a pilot or extend the beta. Your data is kept either way.
Billing screens show trial and self-serve checkout wording
Affects: Billing settings
Billing still shows "Trial" and a self-serve plan checkout. During the beta, paid pilots are invoiced directly by AppSynth instead.
Workaround: Email support to arrange a pilot. Please don't use plan checkout during the beta.
